Returns Policy

We will happily refund any item purchased from The Raw Pocket within 30 days of receipt.

Do I have to pay the postage to return?

- Yes, shipping charges are non-refundable on any item returned not due to be perceived as a fault of The Raw Pocket.

- If sending back to us using your own method, please remember to send your package by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us. 

How do I know if The Raw Pocket has received my return?

As soon as we receive and process your return we will send you an update via email. If we have not been in touch within 10 days please contact hello@therawpocket.co.uk
